We have a small office staff, and occasionally have job openings in this position. Our office is in our new building in New Holland PA. Our office staff enjoys a busy yet easy going work environment.
Available Positions
Stump Grinder Operator
Our Stump Grinder Operator adds the finishing touches to our jobs. The operator may also be involved in removing stump grindings, replacing with topsoil and seeding. Attention to details is a must. This is a fast pace position. This applicant might be assigned multiple jobs sites a day.
The duties involve…
- Driving company CDL vehicles and/or pickup truck
- Operating a stump grinder, paying attention to underground utilities, using a shovel as needed, operating a loader and grass preparation and seeding
- Operating a forestry mower as needed
- This position is on a 1 man crew
- Working 40-55 hours per week.
- Lifting up to 100 lbs.
We require…
- Class A, CDL (must have CDL permit to begin employment).
- Participate in random drug test.
- Working well with clients, co-workers and strong work ethic.
- Participate in ongoing training.

- Using a chainsaw, operating a chipper, occasionally a skid-loader
- Working 40-55 hours per week.
- Lifting up to 100 lbs.
