Available Positions
Shop Mechanic
To keep our equipment running smoothly, we value our mechanic and their ability to provide preventive maintenance and repair on our fleet. Our mechanic performs basic vehicle maintenance and equipment repairs and maintenance. Most of the work will be performed in our clean and modern shop. Occasionally the mechanic will respond to breakdowns that happen on the job.
The duties involve…
- Oil changes, chipper maintenance
- Light Fabrication
- Coordinating vehicle inspection appointments
- Organizing and prioritizing your own schedule
- Working 40-55 hours per week
- Lifting up to 100 lbs.
We require…
- Be willing to obtain a CDL Class A endorsement
- Participate in random drug test
- Working well with various needs from the crews
- Participate in ongoing training.

CUSTOMER CARE & SALES ASSISTANT
Our office personnel are often the first person to make contact with a prospective customer. We have an open position for the ideal candidate to provide excellent customer service and assist with the following:
- Support Estimating Team with various administrative tasks and projects
- Manage customer appointment scheduling
- Engage in telephone sales conversations with prospective and existing customers
- Manage post-service follow-up with customers

Tree Service Technician
This full-time position performs tree trimming, clearing, and removal of trees.
Duties involve:
- Driving company CDL vehicles
- Safely operate equipment including chainsaw, chipper, skid loader, and other MTS equipment
- Ability to walk, climb, and work from ladders or at various heights, on uneven and slippery surfaces while handling equipment or materials
- Lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Willing and available to work overtime to meet customer and scheduling needs
